YOUR MISSION

This is not a conventional IT role. As a senior member of the CIO Office, you will be at the heart of our technology transformation — defining how IT performs, evolves, and creates lasting value across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategy & roadmap

• Own and drive a forward-looking IT Excellence roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic goals


• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO, providing data-driven insights that shape IT investment decisions

Operational excellence

• Lead high-impact initiatives to elevate IT performance and embed best practices across teams and functions


• Standardize and scale IT processes using frameworks such as ITIL, Lean, and SAFe


• Define and monitor KPIs that drive accountability and continuous improvement

Projecz management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers — setting clear direction, fostering accountability, and building a high-performance culture


• Oversee the delivery of complex, cross-functional IT projects — ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic priorities


• Establish consistent project governance standards, delivery frameworks, and reporting practices across the team

Vendor & partner management

• Build and govern strategic vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs and partnerships deliver quality and value


• Lead vendor performance reviews and drive commercial optimization across the supplier portfolio

M&A & transformation

• Support IT due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger IT harmonization


• Lead change initiatives that enable rapid organizational and technological adaptation

WHAT YOU BRING

Leadership & strategy

• Track record of executing IT strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transformations


• Experience in M&A IT workstreams — due diligence, integration, or carve-out

Technical & operational expertise

• Deep understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and emerging technologies


• Hands-on expertise in ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks


• Strong command of IT performance management, KPI design, and maturity assessments

Stakeholder & vendor management

• Confident communicator able to engage C-suite stakeholders and technical teams alike


• Skilled in complex vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and supplier performance
