N-Clean on menestynyt HUMAN POWER -kilpailussa useana vuonna, mikä kertoo pitkäjänteisestä työstämme ihmisläheisen ja vastuullisen työelämän kehittämiseksi. Vuonna 2024 meidät valittiin ihmisläheisimmäksi työpaikaksi, ja vuonna 2025 sijoituimme kilpailussa kolmannelle sijalle sekä saavutimme 3. sijan Suomen ihmisläheisin työelämäteko -kategoriassa. Kerroshoitaja (hotelli- sekä muut majoituskohteet)

Kerroshoitajana vastaat huoneiden, huoneistojen, mökkien sekä iglujen siisteydestä ja viihtyvyydestä. Työlläsi vastaat korkeasta laadusta ja vaikutat suoraan asiakastyytyväisyyteen omalla huolellisella työnjäljelläsi.

Talvikauden työvuorot mukautuvat työskentelykohteiden mukaan ja vuorot ovat pääsääntöisesti aamuvuoroja, jotka päättyvät iltapäivällä sekä iltavuoroja muuramalle henkilölle. Vuoroja tehdään arkisin sekä viikonloppuisin.

Tehtävässä pääset tekemään näkyvää ja merkityksellistä työtä, jolla on suora vaikutus asiakkaiden arkeen, loman ja viihtyvyyteen, olet merkittävä osa kohteen onnistunutta asiakaskokemusta. Työpäiväsi etenee suunnitellun työlistan mukaisesti, ja vastaat omalta osaltasi työn sujuvuudesta, kuitenkin yhdessä tiimin kanssa onnistuen.

Työssä korostuvat oma-aloitteisuus, työn suunnittelu, tehokas työskentely sekä sovittujen aikataulujen noudattaminen. Laatu, turvallisuus ja ystävällinen asiakaskohtaaminen ovat tärkeä osa arkea. Työn huolellinen toteuttaminen laatu- ja turvallisuusohjeiden mukaisesti sekä asiakaspalveluhenkinen ja ystävällinen käytös ovat olennainen osa arkea. Nautit hektisestä työympäristöstä ja asiakaspalvelutyöstä sekä toimit sujuvasti muuttuvissa tilanteissa.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluvat:

• hotellihuoneiden, huoneistojen, mökkien sekä iglujen siivous eli liinavaatteiden vaihto ja upeiden petauksien tekeminen, saniteettitilojen siivous, erilaisten lattiapintojen puhdistus, tasojen pyyhintä sekä huonevarusteluiden täyttäminen

• yleistentilojen, huoneistojen, mökkien sekä iglujen keittiöiden ja/tai kokoustilojen siivous

• erilaiset lisätyöt esim. ikkunoidenpesu

• mahdollisuutenasi on päästä myös auttamaan hotellin sydämeen eli keittiöön
  

Siivooja (toimitilakohteet)

Siivoojana huolehdit asiakkaidemme toimitilojen viihtyisyydestä ja puhtaudesta. Vastaat laadusta sekä asiakastyytyväisyydestä omalla työnjäljelläsi. Työskentelykohteesi voi olla esimerkiksi myymälä, toimisto, hoivakoti, koulu, kauppakeskus jne.

Työ voidaan toteuttaa kokonaisuudessaan yhdessä kohteessa tai sinulla voi olla useampi eri siivouskohde päivän aikana. Työ sijoittuu arki- ja viikonloppupäiviin, ja työvuorot vaihtelevat kohteiden mukaan – vuoroja voi olla varhaisaamuisin, aamulla, päivällä tai iltaisin. Osa kohteista sijaitsee eri puolilla Rovaniemeä, joten ajokortti ja oman auton käyttömahdollisuus ovat eduksi.

Tehtävässä pääset tekemään näkyvää ja merkityksellistä työtä, jolla on suora vaikutus asiakkaiden arkeen ja viihtyvyyteen. Työ on vaihtelevaa, itsenäistä ja vastuullista, mutta et ole yksin - saat työsuhteen alussa kattavan perehdytyksen sekä tarvittaessa tukea koko työsuhteen ajan. Työpäiväsi etenee ennalta suunnitellun työlistan mukaisesti, ja vastaat omalta osaltasi työn sujuvuudesta. Työssä korostuvat oman työn suunnittelu, oma-aloitteinen työote, tehokas työskentely sekä sovittujen aikataulujen noudattaminen. Työn huolellinen toteuttaminen laatu- ja turvallisuusohjeiden mukaisesti sekä asiakaspalveluhenkinen ja ystävällinen käytös ovat olennainen osa arkea. Nautit itsenäisestä työskentelystä, ongelmanratkaisusta ja vastuun ottamisesta.

Työtehtäviäsi voivat olla:

• lattioiden imurointi, moppaus tai erilaisten siivouskoneiden käyttö

• saniteetti- ja keittiö/taukotilojen puhtaanapito

• tasojen ja muiden pintojen puhtaanapito

Housekeeper (Hotels and Other Accommodation Properties)

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms, apartments, cabins, and igloos. Through your work, you will ensure a high-quality guest experience and directly contribute to customer satisfaction with your attention to detail.

During the winter season, working hours vary depending on the property. Shifts are primarily morning shifts ending in the afternoon, with some evening shifts available for a limited number of employees. Work is scheduled on both weekdays and weekends. In this role, you will perform meaningful and visible work that directly impacts guests’ everyday comfort, holiday experiences, and overall satisfaction. You play an important role in creating a successful customer experience.

Your workday follows a planned task list, and while you are responsible for your own tasks, success is achieved together with the team.

The role highlights initiative, planning, efficiency, and adherence to agreed schedules. Quality, safety, and friendly customer service are an important part of everyday work. Completing tasks carefully in accordance with quality and safety guidelines, along with maintaining a positive service attitude, is essential. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment, customer service, and adapting smoothly to changing situations.

Your tasks include:

• Cleaning hotel rooms, apartments, cabins, and igloos, including changing bed linens, making beautiful beds, cleaning sanitary facilities, cleaning various floor surfaces, wiping surfaces, and replenishing room amenities

• Cleaning public areas, apartments, cabins, and the kitchens and/or meeting facilities of igloos

• Additional cleaning tasks such as window cleaning

• Opportunity to assist in the heart of the hotel operations, the kitchen

Cleaner (Commercial Properties)

As a Cleaner, you will ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our customers’ facilities. Through your work, you are responsible for maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Your workplaces may include stores, offices, care homes, schools, shopping centres, and similar facilities.

Your work may be carried out entirely at one location, or you may work at several different sites during the day. Work is available on weekdays and weekends, and shifts vary depending on the location, including early mornings, mornings, daytime, and evening shifts. Some locations are situated in different parts of Rovaniemi, so a driving licence and access to a car are considered an advantage.

This role offers meaningful and visible work that has a direct impact on customers’ everyday comfort and satisfaction. The work is varied, independent, and responsible, but you will never be left on your own. You will receive comprehensive onboarding at the beginning of your employment and support whenever needed throughout your employment. Your workday follows a planned work schedule, and you are responsible for ensuring your tasks are completed efficiently. The role emphasizes planning your own work, taking initiative, working efficiently, and meeting agreed schedules. Performing tasks carefully according to quality and safety standards, together with a friendly customer service attitude, is an essential part of everyday work. You enjoy independent work, problem-solving, and taking responsibility.

Your tasks may include:

• Vacuuming, mopping, and using various cleaning machines

• Cleaning and maintaining sanitary facilities, kitchen areas, and break rooms

• Cleaning desks, counters, and other surfaces

• Other basic cleaning tasks, such as window cleaning

What We Offer You

• A fixed-term part-time employment contract (10-30 hours per week) between October and March

• Varied working hours including morning and evening shifts

• Comprehensive onboarding through our renewed Onboarding Path and N-Clean Academy. Previous experience in the industry is not required, although it may help you get started more quickly

• Salary according to the Collective Agreement for the Property Services Sector, €11.33-13.88/hour depending on your duties

• You work well as part of a team but are also comfortable working independently in your own area of responsibility. The role requires Finnish and/or English language skills.

• Language skills: you speak either Finnish or English.

• A driving licence and access to a car are considered an advantage, but are not essential, especially for hotel positions.
