We are looking for a dynamic Manager, Media Relations & External Communications to lead global media relations and support executive communications in Huhtamaki's fast-paced, international environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape external visibility, strengthen executive positioning, and contribute to strategic communications initiatives across the organization.

Where you’ll be

You will be located at our Espoo HQ in Finland and should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. This is a primarily in-office role, with the flexibility of one remote day per week.

What you'll be doing

What you’ll bring to the role​

• Bachelor's in Communications/Journalism, or similar, with 5+ years of experience in communications role(s)

• Strong media relations experience built in a global or complex organization

• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation development skills

• Experience supporting senior executives and navigating sensitive communications topics

• Deep understanding of communications requirements of a publicly listed company

• Ability to work proactively, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across functions

• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
