People Services is the frontline of Finnair’s People & Culture function. We provide handson support for managers across the employee lifecycle, keep HR processes, tools and instructions clear and uptodate, and bring Finnair’s strategy, values and One Crew People plan to life, together with HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
We are now looking for a
MANAGER SUPPORT LEAD
to help Finnair managers succeed in their daily people leadership. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for manager level HR topics, coach people leaders, and ensure our HR processes, tools and instructions are smooth, clear and up to date. You’ll work in the Manager Support team within People Services and collaborate closely with the wider People & Culture community to continuously improve how we support our managers.
What you’ll do:
Support managers across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, development, wellbeing, offboarding).
Coach people leaders and strengthen Finnair’s leadership culture.
Manage and improve selected HR processes and manager facing instructions.
Develop and refine our Manager Support service concept and SLAs.
Work cross functionally with P&C teams to ensure timely, high-quality HR support to managers.
What we expect:
3–5 years of experience working as a HR generalist or equivalent.
Strong coaching, communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to drive change and develop processes.
Proactive, structured and solution oriented way of working.
Knowledge of HR systems (Workday experience considered an asset).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
