Making life accessible
iLOQ is an international company headquartered in Finland that offers intelligent locking systems and total access management solutions. We guarantee safe access to buildings and facilities. Our mission is to make everyday life easier with a diverse range of safe and sustainable products for individual buildings and large real estate complexes.
iLOQ is entering one of the most exciting chapters in its history. Building on strong foundations in Finland and significant international growth, our next chapter as a truly global company is now unfolding. This is an opportunity to join our marketing team at a pivotal moment and play an active part in shaping that journey.
We are looking for a highly capable Marketing Operations Manager, to help run the engine behind our fast-paced global digital marketing operation. You will connect marketing technology, campaign processes, data and insight into one effective operating model for global and local teams, creating demand, strengthening brand awareness and supporting measurable business growth.
You will be a commercial enabler first and a systems owner second. You will own, maintain and develop our marketing technology stack and wider MarTech ecosystem, ensuring that data, processes and tools work together to turn marketing activity into high-quality leads, clear pipeline insight and stronger revenue contribution. Working closely with global and local marketing teams, sales development, product and other stakeholders, you will improve how campaigns are planned, executed, measured and optimized.
AI is central to this role - not an add-on. You will lead the practical use and ongoing development of AI within sales lead processes, with particular responsibility for using Clay to improve targeting, enrichment, qualification and outbound campaign performance. We need someone who has built, tested and improved AI-enabled workflows in real marketing and sales processes. Experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform alone is not enough.
You will also act as the global project lead for SEO and search performance, helping ensure that iLOQ is found first time, every time — across traditional search, CMS content and emerging LLM search behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the marketing part of our technology stack, including WordPress, Clay, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insight, Leedfeeder and supporting media bank platforms and connections to our partner portal.
Build and measure lead nurture workflows, and outbound success.
Ensure quality data between marketing and sales systems through managed lead processes.
Lead the implementation and continuous development of AI-enabled lead generation and sales lead workflows, using Clay to improve targeting, enrichment, qualification, routing and outbound campaign performance.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on campaign performance, funnel progression, and marketing ROI
Experience in driving SEO improvement in LLM Search and CMS content.
Collaborate closely with digital marketing colleagues, sales development and product, to align marketing automation and CRM systems to business needs.
KPI examples:
Being responsible of lead generation using AI tools
The implementation, development and measurement of lead processes
Ensuring more YOY lead amounts while maintaining good quality
Required Qualifications:
Experience in a marketing operations or marketing automation role, preferably in a global B2B business.
Hands-on delivery and user development experience in marketing processes.
Proven hands-on experience designing, implementing and improving AI-enabled marketing and sales lead processes, ideally using Clay for data enrichment, qualification, workflow automation and outbound campaigns. HubSpot or marketing automation platform experience alone will not meet this requirement.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and campaign tracking best practices.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
