Why we think you would enjoy working with us

Quality

• We create and maintain high-quality solutions

• The skillset of our team enables support with quality assurance

• And to be able to maintain the quality we are known to implement, we keep our competences up-to-date

Teamwork

• We work together and share our knowledge, because we think it is the best way to learn and develop! We might be gathered up around the same desk or share our discoveries at team meetings

• A flat organization, where our teammates are thriving towards succeeding together and thinking outside the box

Having fun

• We keep our workloads in balance, so that we’ll be able to enjoy work and life

• Our weekly gym class at Kuntokeskus Säterinportti is an important part of our team’s week to get some extra energy for our Mondays

• We’ll try to keep things laid-back and organize some get-togethers for us to take it easy!

Your homebase will be at Espoo or Tampere office, but home office or summer cottage office works as well! We are known to be close to our customers, so if you are interested in joining our team and live abroad, you must have the needed permits for working in Finland.

Our compensation model consists of a base salary and a bonus, which is entirely in relation to your own work. Our benefits offer something for everyone: gyms and outdoor activities for sporty people, band practices for music enthusiasts and a personnel fund for economists!

Neomore is committed to offering equal opportunities for all applicants. Diverse perspectives lead to better results and a better workplace. Read more about our sustainability matters here.❤️
