Senior Analyst I 12 month FTC

This is an opportunity to partner closely with Development leaders and provide the commercial insights that drive smarter investment decisions and better outcomes for our communities.

A commercially minded Senior Analyst to partner with our Commercial Property Development team, providing deep financial insight across active and long dated development projects.

• Act as a trusted finance business partner to Development Managers, supporting active and long dated Commercial Property development projects across Retail, Workplace and Logistics.
• Provide accurate and timely analysis of development feasibilities, performance drivers and project outcomes including net income, budgets, yield, IRR, valuation and profit.
• Lead project level budgeting and forecasting within TM1, ensuring accuracy across group reporting and investor facing information.
• Support the preparation of financial information for capital request papers and investment decisions.
• Challenge existing finance processes, assumptions and performance outcomes to drive greater control, accuracy, insight and simplicity across the Development business.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, risk and opportunity management, and overall project performance.

You are passionate about commercial property and using financial insight to influence decision making. You thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment where you can challenge assumptions, add value through analysis, and build strong partnerships across the business.

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualified, or working towards accreditation.
• Experience in commercial property, development finance or property accounting is desirable.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting capability.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate confidently at all levels.
