We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant (Identity & Access Management), who wants to be part of Vivicta, a true multi-cloud platform provider with a full range of infrastructure. We are fueling rapid software development and data innovation with strong security, scalability, speed, and effectiveness for businesses.

When joining Vivicta as a Solution Consultant you provide security consultancy by designing, demonstrating and deploying solutions according to our customers’ business needs.

You drive the adoption and scaling of IAM, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver market-leading value. Your role is pivotal in shaping customer relevance, ensuring responsible use, and driving long-term success. Our preferred technologies are One Identity, Omada, Ping Identity, Microsoft and CyberArk among others

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-sales & business development Support commercial teams in crafting tailored solutions and preparing proposals. Deliver impactful demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations that showcase the transformative potential of IAM technologies.
• Client engagement & opportunity shaping Lead end-to-end IAM engagements from Identity Governance, Privilege Access and Access Management, including Consumer IAM, from discovery and value framing to solution design, demonstrations, and pilot initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Enterprise architecture & governance Design high-level solution architectures, adhering to industry best practices. Provide expert guidance on scalability, security, and governance. Champion responsible IAM usage, robust governance frameworks, and successful adoption, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and compliance.
• Thought leadership Stay at the forefront of IAM and automation innovations, inspiring clients with actionable insights and business impact.
• Collaboration Work closely with technical architects and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, accurate scoping, and seamless execution.

We believe you have knowledge/expertise of:

• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting, with a focus on Identity Management and Access Management technologies.
• Insight on how and when AI technologies can be incorporated into the IAM problem domain.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, and cybersecurity principles.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

• You have excellent communication and documentation skills in Finnish language
• You have ability to operate independently and act as a trusted advisor to customers
• As a person you can navigate in multi-customer environments and sometimes manage several assignments simultaneously.
