Senior Key Account Manager - Sipoo

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow one of Arla Finland's most strategic customer partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with named customers to identify new growth opportunities, create value for shoppers and consumers, and shape the future of the categories together.

You will own the commercial partnership, drive long-term growth plans and act as a trusted advisor to the customer. Together with customer and Arla colleagues, you will turn market opportunities into concrete initiatives that grow both businesses.

As a Key Account Manager you:

• Act as the voice of the customer inside Arla and bring Arla's full capabilities, expertise and innovation agenda to the customer.


• Develop and execute data-driven customer plans to drive sales, profitability and growth.


• Lead negotiations and ensure plans are translated into measurable results.


• Build deep and trusted relationships across the customer organization and proactively identify opportunities that support both the customer's and Arla's growth ambitions.


• Translate shopper, customer and category insights into initiatives that create measurable business impact.


• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and lead key launches.


• Manage complex customer matters and escalate critical decisions when needed.

Pay range: 6200-7600€/month. The final compensation package will be agreed upon based on the selected candidate’s background and expertise.

We hope you will bring to the role:

• Around 6–7 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.


• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to turn customer needs and market insights into clear plans and actions.


• Confidence in using data to identify opportunities, set priorities and support decision-making.


• Experience in senior stakeholder management and commercial negotiations.


• A collaborative working style and the ability to lead and align others without formal line-management responsibility.


• A relevant university degree.


• Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English.


• Experience in FMCG or working with major retail customers is an advantage, but your motivation, initiative and ability to drive things forward are what matter most.
