Senior Manager, Business Strategy

The Senior Strategy Manager drives top-drawer analysis and content development for Nokia Technologies business and commercial strategy, and for key strategic projects; analyzes market trends and future scenarios, facilitates and manages cross-functional strategic project work, performs rigorous quantitative and business case analysis, and develops high-quality materials and executive level presentations for the Nokia Technologies Leadership Team, Group Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.

Strategy development

• Drives analysis, synthesis, and content development for Technologies strategy
• Supports strategic decision making with structured problem solving and data analysis
• Collaborates across TECH to facilitate strategy development and implementation

• 5+ years of experience on strategy, market analysis, and analytical problem solving from top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity 
• Strategic thinker with a strong command of analytical problem solving, strong attention to detail 
• Able to handle complex concepts and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations 
• Experience in driving own workstreams independently 
• Proven track-record of delivering excellent results in demanding fast-paced project environments 
• Strong command of P&L modeling and business case modeling 
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
