We are looking for an experienced Sourcing and Vendor Manager, IT to develop and execute global sourcing and vendor strategies for our IT solutions and services. You will lead competitive tendering and negotiations; ensure effective contract and vendor governance and performance management, and provide cost, risk, and compliance transparency to stakeholders. In this role, you will partner closely with IT leadership, service owners, Finance, Procurement/Sourcing, and Legal/Privacy/Security to ensure suppliers deliver measurable value, resilient services, and compliant solutions aligned with Fiskars’ strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain category strategies and sourcing roadmaps for IT categories (e.g., infrastructure & operations, cybersecurity, ERP, data/integration, HR IT, MarTech as applicable).
Lead end‑to‑end sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ): requirement framing support, bidder list and market scan, evaluation model, negotiation plan, recommendation and award.
Own commercial negotiations and contracting administrative outcomes (pricing, SLAs, KPIs, term/termination, options, risk clauses) in collaboration with Legal and IT.
Drive contract lifecycle discipline: renewal planning, termination notices, amendments, signature workflow, and maintaining clean contract metadata (key terms, dates, obligations) and continuous contracts optimizations.
Establish and run vendor governance model including performance management for key suppliers: KPI/SLA reporting, QBR cadence, continuous improvement pipeline, issue escalation and remediation tracking.
Identify cost optimization opportunities (TCO focus) and quantify savings/value; provide sourcing analytics and decision material for senior stakeholders.
Ensure sourcing and contracting compliance: privacy-by-design, cybersecurity requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal governance (approvals, documentation).
Act as a trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders: shape sourcing approaches, challenge assumptions, and ensure decisions are fact‑based.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, ITIL) are beneficial.
Strong experience in global IT/indirect sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management in a multi‑country environment.
Proven ability to run competitive sourcing (RFI/RFP/RFQ), negotiate complex services/software/cloud contracts, and manage strategic suppliers.
Solid understanding of IT products, licensing/subscription models, managed services, and governance (SLAs/KPIs/QBR).
Strong analytical capability (TCO, spend analysis, fact‑based recommendation building).
Familiarity with compliance expectations (cybersecurity and privacy considerations in supplier selection and contracting).
Strong stakeholder management: can influence senior IT and business leaders and align cross‑functional parties.
Fluent English skills, other languages are an asset.
