We are now looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our UPM Adhesive Materials EMEIA Team.  This position is located in Helsinki or Tampere, Finland, or Wroclaw, Poland.

What you will do  

• Plan and execute marketing activities that support profitable growth across EMEIA markets
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility
• Create compelling and relevant content for various channels, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines
• Collaborate with sales, markets, sustainability, and communications teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Support the development of marketing strategies and contribute to long-term planning

Who you are  

• You have a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• You have experience in marketing, preferably in B2B. Experience in working within international companies is an asset
• You are familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms, and understand how to leverage data for decision-making
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are an asset
• You have a self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented way of working combined with excellent communication skills
• You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• You are passionate about impactful marketing and eager to learn and grow
