This role is part of our Enterprise Business team, focused on working with Salesforce's most strategic customers — organisations with 1,500+ employees. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work alongside Agentforce and the full Salesforce AI CRM platform to drive business transformation, build trusted customer relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes for some of the world's most sophisticated organisations. Based in Finland, you will be part of a high-performing team with dedicated coaching, onboarding, and career development.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and manage senior stakeholder relationships across an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction and long-term growth
  • Build and execute account strategies aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating with Specialist Cloud sales and Solution Engineering resources
  • Identify and develop new opportunities across existing accounts and whitespace prospects, using the full Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce portfolio
  • Perform structured account planning to align internal Salesforce resources with customer needs and change agendas


Required Qualifications:
 
  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS or software sales experience, including managing complex deal structures and commercial proposals for large enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to build and lead internal stakeholder teams in a client-facing environment
  • Fluent in English and Finnish, with the right to work in Finland
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week in the office


Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Experience selling into large, complex enterprises (1,500+ employees) with multiple decision-makers across the C-suite
  • Familiarity with CRM, AI, or platform-based sales motions
