Your Opportunity

Huhtamaki’s Group Strategy & Transformation team currently has an exceptional opportunity for a talented strategy & transformation professional to join the team as a Strategy & Transformation Analyst or Manager (depending on experience).

As a Strategy & Transformation Analyst/Manager, reporting into the VP Strategy & Transformation, you will support and work on initiatives related to Huhtamaki enterprise strategy and key strategic projects. We have very exciting strategic levers at Huhtamaki with disciplined capital allocation, profitable growth and accountability & execution.

You should also be comfortable working across the organization from operations to executive level stakeholders. Where You’ll Be

You will be located at our Espoo HQ in Finland with the key stakeholders. As the topics require collaboration and co-operation we expect you to be in the office 4 days/wk.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategy process: Support, facilitate, and provide analysis as needed throughout the strategic planning process to create a consolidated Huhtamaki overview

• Portfolio analysis: Support with portfolio value creation analysis working closely with the M&A team

• Market Intelligence & analysis: Collect and analyse data to generate market insights in collaboration with business segments and key stakeholders

• Project management: Contribute to and lead strategic projects, acting either as a subject‑matter expert or project manager

• Change management: Support change‑management activities within strategic projects

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field

• Ideally 2-4+ years of experience in strategy, financial analysis or business development in corporate strategy, management consulting or investment banking roles

• Experience of data driven insights, market analysis, and financial planning to support executive decision making

• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and spoken (English)

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multicultural and diverse stakeholder groups (working effectively across cross‑functional structures)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to influence and drive change within the organization

• Project and change management skills

• Industry / market intelligence experience within packaging (advantageous)
