About Intergrid

Intergrid is a Helsinki-based technology company offering an Autopilot for industrial energy operators.

Economics, emissions and resilience are pushing industrials to adopt hybrid energy systems that can't be effectively run manually with traditional tooling. More intelligent, integrated and autonomous energy operations are needed to lower costs and emissions, reduce manual operator workload and accelerate the whole energy transition by making industrial electrification easier and more economical.

Intergrid has emerged as the category leader in autonomous industrial energy operations, with:

• 100+ industrial sites across Europe already trusting us

• €20M+ raised from top investors in Finland and Silicon Valley

• A high-performing 40+ person team from different nationalities and backgrounds at our vibrant Helsinki office

We enjoy active collaboration and want to get to know our teammates beyond their Zoom profiles, so we would love to see you at our office located in Kalevankatu 30, Helsinki, as often as possible. Still, we all appreciate the possibility of working remotely from time to time.

About the role

We're hiring a full-time Talent Partner to join our fast-growing team in Helsinki.

We are evolving from a start-up into a technology scale-up that defines a new category across Europe. To keep the quality of every hire high as we grow, we need one person to take clear ownership of our Talent engine. This is not a traditional recruiter role: you'll work alongside our business leads and raise the bar on how we bring top talent into the company.

As our first dedicated Talent hire, you'll join a two-person People team, reporting to the People Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Own hiring end-to-end: Across engineering, commercial and operations roles, from role scoping to closing. You run the searches yourself and own the outcome, including the quality bar.

• Partner with business leads: Identify capability needs, recognize top talent profiles and set hiring priorities as we scale.

• Own sourcing and build talent pipelines: Map the market, source and reach out hands-on, and pitch Intergrid credibly to potential candidates.

• Build our Talent Flow: Create scorecards, interview structures, funnel metrics and hiring data that make decisions evidence-based and scalable as we grow.

• Level up our hiring teams: Improve role definition, interview design and calibration, so the quality of assessment doesn't depend on who's in the room.

• Build our employer brand in Europe: Create content, run events and deliver an end-to-end experience that candidates want to talk about.

Who we are looking for

• High-agency builder: You create structure where none exists, want to own things end-to-end, and are fine with priorities shifting as we grow.

• Eye for talent: You recognise and know how to attract high-potential people, including when no template or job title tells you what good looks like.

• Business acumen: You understand how tech and commercial teams work, earn trust quickly, and push back when the data says otherwise.

• Structured and analytical: You separate signal from noise quickly, see the problem before someone points it out, and base talent decisions on data.

• AI-native: You use modern AI tools to accelerate your work.

• Clear communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication in English with the ability to tailor communication to your audience.

• Mission-driven: You care about accelerating the energy transition in the real world, helping industrials operate hybrid energy systems through autonomous control.

We also value if you have

• Full-cycle hiring experience across technical, commercial, or operations roles.

• Experience from a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.

• Familiarity with the wider European tech talent market.

What we offer

• Values-driven culture: Our culture is built on kindness, curiosity and win-win-win outcomes for customers, planet and our success.

• High agency: You'll get real ownership, autonomy and room to grow, with meaningful impact from day one.

• Rapid growth journey: Grow with a technology company that is scaling fast across Europe.

• Competitive salary & stock options: Reflecting your experience and commitment to our shared success.

• Thrive in our Helsinki HQ: Vibrant, supportive, and inclusive office-first environment
