Mitä työ sisältää?

Tarjoilijana vastaat ravintolamme asiakaspalvelusta, ruokien ja juomien tarjoilusta sekä yleisestä viihtyvyydestä. Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä keittiön ja muun tiimin kanssa, varmistaen sujuvan palvelukokemuksen. Meillä tarjoillaan pääasiassa buffet-aamiaista, lounasta ja illallista, mutta myös satunnaisesti à la carte-illallisia.

Työvaatimukset

• Alkoholipassi

• Vähintään vuoden kokemus ravintolatyöskentelystä

• Erinomaiset vuorovaikutustaidot

• Sujuva englannin kielen taito

• Kyky työskennellä sekä yksin, että tiimissä

• Joustavuus työskennellä vuorotyössä, mukaan lukien illat, viikonloput sekä pyhäpäivät

Waiter / Waitress Position Available at Northern Lights Village Pyhä

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiters / Waitresses to join our restaurant team. This vital role ensures that our dining experiences continue to meet and exceed guest expectations, providing service that is both attentive and seamless.

About the Role

The Waiter / Waitress position entails delivering exceptional dining service to our guests. You will work closely with our kitchen to ensure that every meal is a memorable part of the Northern Lights Village experience.

You should be able to work quickly, answer customer queries and take and deliver orders. You should possess a polite and charismatic character.
This position requires someone who can manage a high-paced environment with grace, effectively communicate with an international clientele, and contribute positively to our team's dynamic.

Our restaurants serve mainly buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, with occasional à la carte-reservations taking place.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging service to every guest

• Understand and communicate menu items effectively, including any allergen information

• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area

• Handle payments and perform closing duties

Requirements

• Finnish Alcohol Legislation Proficiency Certificate

• 2 or more years of experience in restaurant service

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Pay, Duration and Benefits

• Starts: November Ends: March

• Working hours 112,5h/3week

• Monthly pay 2194 - 2464 €

• Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement

• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for 300,00€/month
