You will work closely with FW, VLSI, RF, and test teams, and play a key role in translating wireless theory into robust, high-performance algorithms running on real hardware.\n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n * Define algorithmic requirements for advanced wireless features\n\n * Research, design, and optimize wireless and PHY-layer algorithms for performance and robustness\n\n * Drive algorithm integration into the system, including simulation, modeling, and on-target validation\n\n * Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose algorithmic improvements\n\n * Support bring-up and validation activities by troubleshooting complex performance and reliability issues\n\n * Contribute to features definition, feasibility studies, and trade-off analyses\n\n * Serve as a technical focal point for algorithm-related topics across HW, FW, and test teams\n\n\n\n\n## Required Qualifications\n\n * 3+ years of hands-on experience in wireless communications and/or signal processing algorithms\n\n * Experience with algorithm development, analysis, and validation using simulations and lab measurements\n\n * Strong background in modem and PHY fundamentals across RF/analog and digital domains\n\n * Proven ability to define end-to-end algorithmic flows and collaborate across HW, and FW teams\n\n * Familiarity with at least one wireless standard (e.g., 5G NR, LTE, Wi-Fi, or similar)\n\n * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex algorithmic concepts\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field\n\n\n\n\n## Preferred Qualifications\n\n * Hands-on experience in PHY/modem algorithm design (e.g., synchronization, channel estimation, MIMO, equalization, link adaptation)\n\n * Experience translating algorithms into production-ready implementations (FW, HW, or RTL)\n\n * Master\u2019s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience. \nOR \nMaster\u0027s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience. \nOR \nPhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.\n\n*References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
