HR Intern- Paid Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in Finland. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in HR administration and local recruitment within an international and multicultural environment.

The internship will be offered on a paid hourly basis, with working hours agreed based on business needs and the candidate’s availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR administration and employee-related activities.

• Assist with local recruitment, including candidate sourcing and screening.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.

• Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

• Assist with HR systems and data updates.

• Support the HR team with various projects and administrative tasks.

• Handle communication with candidates and employees professionally.

Requirements

• Fluent Finnish and Chinese are mandatory.

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Interest in HR, recruitment, and people-related activities.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Comfortable working in an international environment.
