The Role
Weâre looking for aJunior Sales Associate / Business Developerto support our growth. This is a great opportunity for ajunior candidate or studentwho wants hands\-on experience in B2B sales and business development in a tech\-driven environment. We are also open to candidates who would like towrite their thesis with us.
What Youâll Do
SupportB2B sales and business developmentactivities (lead generation, outreach, follow\-ups)
Identify and research potential customers and partners (markets, industries, key contacts)
Help prepare customer\-facing materials (presentations, proposals, meeting notes)
Participate in client meetings and learn consultative selling in digital transformation
Maintain and update CRM / pipeline tracking
Collaborate with our team to shape offerings arounddigital solutions, software, and AI

Requirements
Who You Are
Finnish native speaker(required);Swedishis an advantage
Studying (or recently graduated) inbusiness, economics, marketing, management, industrial engineering, or similar
Curious abouttechnologyâespeciallysoftware development and AIâand how it creates business value
Comfortable communicating professionally (phone, email, LinkedIn); youâre proactive and structured
Eager to learn, take initiative, and work in an office environment with a small team
