Job Description - Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program - Continuous Improvement Engineer

You\u0027ll receive leadership training, personal coaching, and network with senior leaders. Through rotational assignments across various locations and business areas, you will develop a broad skill set and prepare for future leadership roles.\n\nReady to make a real impact and advance your career?\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Duration: Three years\n * Rotations: Three unique twelve\u2011month assignments designed to build broad experience in operations management across manufacturing and supply chain functions.\n * Potential Assignments: Lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, operations project management, logistics, or services operations\u2014depending on country and business unit placement.\n * International Exposure: Two rotations will take place in different countries across the EMEA region.\n * The program begins with a CI Process Engineer role at our Vantaa (Finland) plant. In this role, you will be a key contributor to business growth, facilitating Continuous Improvement (CI) kaizen activities by applying various ECIS tools in practice. The role focuses on analyzing improvement opportunities and supporting process and layout optimization to maximize capacity and floor\u2011space utilization, as well as enabling and supporting potential outsourcing activities.\n * The program begins in September 2026.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor\u0027s degree in engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering) by August 2026.\n * Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience).\n * Effective communication.\n * Proactivity and curiosity.\n * Excellent analytics and data processing skills.\n * Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks.\n * Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company.\n * Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program.\n\n\n\n## What we offer:\n\n * Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry.\n * Work in a company with commitment to Inclusion \u0026 Diversity and Sustainability.\n * Comprehensive support throughout the relocation process, both during and after the program, tailored to your rotation.\n * Exclusive learning curriculum designed to bolster your leadership skills.
