Summer Trainee, Communications

Where you’ll be

You will be located at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. This is a primarily in-office role, with the flexibility of one remote day per week.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Design, develop, and publish content on key strategic topics to keep internal and external stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged
• Support the development of our content management processes and channels, such as our website and intranet
• Support the implementation of global communications projects
• Plan and lead an initiative of your own choosing across brand, digital, PR, internal or external communications

To succeed you will need:

• 2-5 years of relevant study background (e.g. marketing, communications, business)
• Skills in content planning, creation, and publication across different channels and formats. Experience and/or interest in influencer marketing is a strong advantage
• Ability to produce and edit visuals
• Attention to detail
• Curiosity and strong desire to learn about communications in multi-cultural and diverse environment
• Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things
• Strong written and spoken English skills

The employment is fixed term and can start as early as March 2026 and lasts until the end of August 2026 with a possibility to extend after the summer period.
