We are looking for a motivated

Summer Trainee – DevOps Engineer (Embedded Software)

to join our team for summer 2026. In this role, you will work closely with our embedded software engineers to support feature development, build environments, and DevOps practices for upcoming business‑critical releases.

What You Will Do:

• Build and configure embedded software using Yocto.
• Follow Agile and DevOps tools, methods, and best practices in daily work.
• Collaborate with the team on development, testing, integration, and delivery of embedded software components.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of build pipelines and workflows.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on key releases, including: Alarm Phone Release 3.0, EAE and the containerized Kedge process.
• Attend Agile ceremonies and contribute to teamwork and daily development activities.

What We Expect From You:

• Technical Skill Set Required (Must-Haves):
  • Exposure to Yocto for embedded projects.
  • Exposure to building CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins and GitHub).
• Interest in embedded Linux environments, DevOps automation, or build systems.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take responsibility.
