KONE Global Spares Supply (GSS) ensures efficient warehousing and delivery of quality spare parts for all KONE elevators, escalators and automatic building doors. KONE also provides commercial replacement parts and components for a wide range of third-party equipment.
We are looking for a
Summer Trainee, Direct Sales
to join our Maintenance Spares Support team in Global Spares Supply (GSS) unit.
In this exciting role, you will be supporting our external sales operations, processing external customer inquiries and orders.
The summer internship is maximum four months paid full-time work starting during spring time but the start date can be adjusted depending on your studies and preference. This position is located in Hyvinkää, Finland.
Key responsibilities.
Provide high-quality customer service and handle incoming email inquiries
Create and manage technical cases in collaboration with our technical support team
Process manual orders accurately and efficiently
Support customer data management and registration processes
Assist with logistics, billing, and payment-related topics
Run and analyze reports in SAP to support daily operations.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
Strong SAP knowledge and ability to navigate systems efficiently
Fast learning ability and willingness to develop skills proactively
Self-initiative and independent working style
Previous experience in customer service or similar role is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Courage to take responsibility and collaborate effectively with colleagues and teams across GSS
High accuracy and attention to detail, with capability to follow processes, routines, and instructions carefully.
