We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Procurement Operations to join our team in Espoo.

Where you’ll be

You will be located at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. This is a primarily in-office role, with the flexibility of one remote day per week.

You will participate in the following tasks:

• Manage and analyse data to identify sourcing potential

• Support with sourcing team and our suppliers on sustainability agenda, ie GHG scope 3 reduction

• Prepare internal instructions and communication

• Execute operative procurement tasks

• Manage supplier relationships, work on their service improvement, make sure the agreed quality changes are applied

• Work closely across many stakeholders and build relationships

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Relevant educational background 

• Some experience in similar work is beneficial 

• Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things

• A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills

• An ability to work as part of a team, while also being capable of independent work

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

The employment is fixed term, and it will start in April/May 2026 and last until the end of August 2026, with a potential short summer break period in July and potential extension after the summer period.
