It is that feeling of certainty, energy, and confidence in the future that arises when you find your rightful place at work. Chance has three activities: The “Chance Encounters” initiative for mutual support and professional advice, which allows each of the more than 17,000 active members of the Chance Community to receive a personalized list of 10 people every Thursday whom they could help with professional advice. Help and be helped. It’s simple. It’s free. And it changes lives. Chance’s coaching and support programs, including the Chance Assessment, which has been used by more than 39,000 Chance members to make better career choices. Chance is taking a new step forward. Today, it is launching its third initiative: a professional dating agency, a totally innovative recruitment model that connects hiring managers directly with high-potential candidates, based on human connections, affinities, and shared values. Chance has just celebrated 10 years of impact, driven by the vision of its Honorary President, Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus, who has dedicated his life to fighting for equal opportunities and against poverty.
