Engage actively in both origination and execution phases, while fostering meaningful relationships with entrepreneurs and investors
Spearhead the development of pitch presentations, teasers, and information memoranda
Design comprehensive financial models, analyses, and undertake company valuations
Coordinate and execute rigorous due diligence processes
Create in-depth industry, company, and competitive analyses
Play a supportive role in initiatives related to the establishment of the Paris office, under guidance from senior team members

Completed a degree in management, finance, economics, or a related field from a prestigious university, business school or engineering school
Possess 0-2 years of relevant experience in M&A, strategy consulting, or a dynamic corporate finance setting
Possess outstanding financial expertise, complemented by exemplary communication abilities and a confident demeanor
Exhibit strong team collaboration skills and thrive in collaborative environments
Demonstrate an advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English and either French or German; proficiency in all three is highly desirable
Open to working in either Paris or Berlin
