Position Summary


As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all logistics flows, from procurement through to customer delivery. Responsible for overall Supply Chain performance, you will ensure delivery commitments are met, customer satisfaction is maintained, and Group standards are consistently applied. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee supply chain activities related to both standard products and Engineered-To-Order (ETO) products.


 


Key Responsibilities


Supply Chain Management



  • Define and implement strategies for managing material and product flows.

  • Optimize all materials management activities while maintaining inventory costs under control, including planning, procurement, inventory management, material movements, and shipping.

  • Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process and ensure alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and supply resources.

  • Ensure smooth execution of logistics flows from production planning through customer delivery.

  • Analyze performance indicators and implement corrective actions when required.


 


Supplier Management



  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, particularly On-Time Delivery (OTD).

  • Develop and drive action plans and countermeasures for underperforming suppliers or processes.

  • Foster continuous improvement in supplier relationships.

  • Support the resolution of supply issues and contribute to supply chain risk mitigation.


 


Performance Management



  • Deploy and ensure compliance with Group procedures, standards, and processes.

  • Monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, including:


    • Customer On-Time Delivery (OTD)

    • Inventory turnover

    • Inventory levels

    • Order fulfillment rates

    • Days late

    • Supplier performance


  • Provide regular reporting to management, Group stakeholders, and internal teams.

  • Identify risks and proactively alert stakeholders in the event of deviations or failures.

  • Ensure the reliability of planning and inventory management data.


 


Team Management



  • Lead, manage, and develop the Supply Chain team by setting clear objectives, enhancing team capabilities, and organizing resources to meet deadlines.

  • Create a collaborative and motivating work environment.

  • Escalate risks or operational issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Ensure communication and follow-up of internal and Group KPIs with management and team members.

  • Deploy and monitor compliance with Group procedures.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative solutions to improve process quality and efficiency.

  • Manage the department budget.


 


Required Qualifications



  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

  • General Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

  • Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, preferably in mechanical engineering.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Professional proficiency in English.
