Audience Manager

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with invited buyers by phone, email and LinkedIn to confirm attendance and answer their questions.
• Understand each buyer’s business priorities and help them book relevant meetings with exhibitors.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date buyer records, activity logs and pipelines in HubSpot.
• Track registrations, meeting bookings and attendance against targets, and report on progress regularly.
• Welcome and support buyers on site: check-in, meeting scheduling, troubleshooting and VIP care.
• Gather buyer feedback after each event and help improve the buyer experience.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing and operations teams to align messaging and share buyer insights.
• Represent Channel Summit professionally at every touchpoint.
