Key Position Objective

Position Atlas Copco PAL as the market leader in France by fully capturing the country's growth potential in temporary power solutions, while accelerating the adoption of sustainable energy technologies, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), hybrid power solutions, and other low-emission technologies, through a market-driven, customer-focused, and value-based sales strategy.

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and execute the company’s business strategy in alignment with the Group’s core values -


• Accelerate the growth of sustainable power solutions, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), hybrid power solutions, and other low-emission technologies


• Drive profitable and sustainable regional growth


• Identify and develop new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, key applications, and customer segments


• Strengthen customer relationships and foster a customer-centric


• Maintain a strong field presence, spending approximately 50% of time in the market and with customers


• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing and autonomous sales organization,


• Coach, empower, and continuously develop the sales team


• Drive strong business performance through continuous market and business analysis


• Ensure operational excellence and sales execution


• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues


• Strengthen collaboration with other Business Lines, Customer Centers, and management teams


• Continuously assess and adapt the business approach

Profile & experience

• 
  
  
  
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  
  
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership, ideally within sustainable energy, power generation, or the broader energy sector.
  
  
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams and managing customer/partner networks.
  
  
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving profitable growth, developing new markets, and building customer relationships.
  
  
  • Strong interest in technical products and sustainable energy solutions, including BESS and hybrid power.
  
  
  • Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with a strong field presence and frequent customer engagement.
