MISSIONS

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SITE SUPERVISOR / WORKS SUPERVISOR / BUSINESS MANAGER:

Organization of the work
• Receive instructions for the works to be undertaken.
• Become familiar with the technical file.
• Ensure reporting and feedback for requirements in terms of materials and consumables; receive and accept them
• Schedule the intervention and allocate the tasks.
• Help to evaluate the time needed for each intervention your team undertakes.
• Supervise and check the execution of the works.
• Alert the appropriate parties in case of any building site derivation (lead times, worktime budget).
• Organize and check the maintenance of the equipment and its cleaning and storage after use on the building site.
• Record and check the time spent by your team.
• Ensure equipment is safely stored.

Quality, health, safety and the environment
• Ensure that the QHSE procedures, rules and preventive measures are complied with and passed on.
• Analyze accidents/incidents and risks, and define appropriate preventive measures.
• Prepare and implement the QHSE (preventive, corrective) action plan.
• Welcome newcomers to their position.

Operational activities
• Assist the teams with the execution of their tasks.
• Participate in the construction work.
• Pass on the information needed for the as-built drawings of works executed.
• Formalize the checks.
• Participate in and/or carry out testing/service operations.
• Ensure the skills transfer within the team.
• Carry out the administrative tasks within your scope (receipt, statement of needs for tally sheets).

Communication
• Account for your activity.
• Inform the client and/or local residents and/or subscribers.
• Pass on information useful for your superiors and your team.

Vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience probante sur un poste similaire qui vous rendra pleinement légitime aux yeux de vos interlocuteurs.
