Role Overview

The CFO will lead financial strategy, governance, and performance management, ensuring strong financial health and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and business performance
  


• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial controls
  


• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management
  


• Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives
  


• Lead and develop high-performing finance teams
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accounting + CA/ACCA/CIMA preferred
  


• 8+ years experience (5+ at senior leadership level)
  


• Telecom / FMCG / banking experience advantageous
  


• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
