Contrôleur de gestion junior - Reporting Commercial EMEA - FP&A (H/F)

Main Goal

HM.CLAUSE FP&A Team is seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive FP&A Analyst to support the FP&A team in delivering reliable data, reporting and analysis to HM Clause Sales team for Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) region.
This position supports sales management with accurate, clear and timely analyses of sales, margin and commercial OPEX. It will also contribute to the budget process as well as monthly sales reforecasts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Monthly Analysis and Reporting

•    Produce key reports on sales, margin and OPEX on a monthly basis.
•    Analyze year-over-year evolution of sales and margin, and monitor OPEX budget consumption.
•    Act as the key user for FP&A BI dashboards on Sales and OPEX for the EMEA Sales team.

Forecast and Budget  
 
•    Contribute to the monthly sales reforecasting process by producing the working file and sharing relevant data.
•    Support EMEA Sales Team during annual budget process: coordination with local sales and finance teams, consolidation of local inputs into a reliable database.

Business Partnering and Support

•    Provide day-to-day business partnering and support for the EMEA Head of Sales, Sales organization and Finance organization.

What we expect of you

•    BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
•    Beginners accepted and up to 3 years of experience in finance.
•    English & French fluency is mandatory.
•    Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
•    Experience working in an international environment a plus.
