JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his or her superiors, the transport coordinator ensures that product transport operations are carried out correctly, in order to guarantee commercial profitability and customer satisfaction.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

Transport

- Coordinate transporters to optimize and consolidate flows deliveries to internal or customer sites
- Ensure compliance with service providers' contractual terms and conditions
- Monitor service provider quality (costs, deadlines, compliance with conditions, etc.)
- Contribute, where necessary, to the identification and implementation of new service providers, in collaboration with your line manager and the prescriber
- Contribute to the handling of transport disputes, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (legal teams, etc.)
- Process supplier invoices (checks, accounting, etc.) linked to transport operations
- Ensure the updating and quality of data entered into business tools
- Maintain a regulatory watch for your business (standards, regulations, etc.)

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE

Diploma(s) and/or experience(s)

2 years' higher education in transport and/or 2 years' significant experience preferred
