Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Digital Functional Analyst to join our global manufacturing digitalization program. This role is key to the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements for the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) platform. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and BD’s Factory of the Future vision.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Manage the implementation of digital solutions in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful deployment.

• Testing & Validation: Conduct solution testing and performance validation to ensure alignment with business requirements and user expectations.

• Requirements & Documentation: Review and verify project deliverables and documentation to guarantee completeness, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

• Site-Specific Customization: Understand local site needs and design appropriate configurations while maintaining alignment with the global standard.

• Enhancements: Participate in the identification, prioritization, and planning of additional feature enhancements with the product management and development teams.

• Development: Support basic development tasks, such as scripting and automation, to facilitate solution implementation and optimization.

• Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve site-specific deployment and operational issues, ensuring effective and sustainable system performance.

About You

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.

• Previous experience with digital transformation initiatives or manufacturing analytics platforms is desirable.

• Exposure to Cloud based solutions in the area of Manufacturing or Supply Chain, Optional: Medical device or similar GxP /Regulated domain

• Working experience in Global cross functional collaboration, to End users, Operations Technology, Platform Architecture, IT Infrastructure and Technical Delivery teams. 

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for digital technologies and innovation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization.

• Familiarity with scripting, automation tools, or system configuration is a strong asset.

Salary Range: 55.000 € - 58.000 -€
