🚀 Your future responsibilities
As part of the Acquisition team, which reports to the CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) division, you will serve as Swile’s Search Lead. You will oversee the entire search strategy—both organic and paid—across our key markets. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, take full ownership of your projects from start to finish, and ensure that every search initiative is measured, optimized, and aligned with the Acquisition team’s business objectives.
🎯 Your missions
- Define and manage the Google Ads strategy across the entire funnel
- Create and optimize campaigns, manage the budget and key KPIs (CPL, CPA, leads)
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to align campaigns with product priorities
- Monitor performance weekly and translate insights into an action plan
- Define and manage the SEO strategy: technical audits, site architecture, internal linking, on-page optimization
- Manage the content and backlink strategy: briefs, coordination with agencies/freelancers, editorial alignment
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Marketing, and Engineering
✅ This role is for you if…
- You have at least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with solid expertise in SEA and strong familiarity with other SEM levers. Agency backgrounds are welcome.
- You know how to build a strategic vision and translate it into a concrete action plan.
- You are as comfortable with high-level thinking as you are with hands-on execution — you don’t wait for answers to come to you.
- You know how to work cross-functionally, align diverse stakeholders, and bring people along with your ideas.
- You enjoy challenging the status quo, questioning existing practices, and proposing new approaches.
- You are proficient with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Semrush.
- Even though the working language will primarily be French, your English must be fluent — both written and spoken.
📓 One thing worth knowing
We are in the process of structuring this role. There is no ready-made playbook: you will be a key contributor to building it. If you are looking for a well-oiled, stable environment, this is probably not the right moment. But if you want to have a real impact on the way Swile acquires its customers tomorrow, you are in the right place.
