In this dynamic Education Manager role, you will be responsible for training & education execution across Europe that elevates artistry skill and ignites passion for Hourglass Cosmetics. This is an exciting opportunity to implement the best possible customer service and artistry led service which is aligned across the business. This position requires a passion for teaching and mentoring a sales team, as well as extensive experience facilitating trainings and events across multiple audience categories. It is critical for the candidate to have luxury brand artistry aesthetic, brand ambassador experience, highly poised, articulate, superior attention to detail, and a passion for developing and growing team skills.

WHAT YOU DO:

• Lead various developmental high-level trainings for Markets and Field, developing highly skilled field & store-level Retail Artists from an artistry, sales, and customer experience perspective.


• Harness the Hourglass aesthetic, artistry POV, and, in partnership with Global Edu & Artistry Development team, develop looks, techniques, and service experiences to ensure brand continuity & brand aesthetic.


• Consult with EU markets to help identify opportunities for development plans of field & counter teams.


• Support new market & new door openings, training teams, eventing, & leading special programming to drive traffic and productivity in-store.


• Track and report on training progress, team performance, and store compliance with training protocols. Ensuring that all team members are up to date with their Ed App learning and e-module completion.


• Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address them.


• Lead the planning and execution of store events and masterclasses across the region.


• Oversee the event calendar and ensure flawless execution, within budget and in line with the region objectives.


• Monitor KPIs and ROI, deliver post-events and post-campaigns reportings.


• Visit stores regularly to observe, coach, and support the teams in their daily operations and Artistry knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years' experience in an Education role within the beauty industry.


• Deep understanding of the current beauty industry trends, artistry techniques, and looks.


• Proven ability to lead training programs that drive commercial results in a retail environment.


• Excellent project management skills, ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet competing deadlines; maintain creative and active problem solving to drive on time and quality delivery for all projects and partner with various levels in the organization.


• Effective communicator, strong relationship-building skills and proven record of cross-functional partnerships.


• Thrive in an environment that is fast paced, rapidly changing and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting objectives, works well under pressure.


• Flexibility to travel regularly across different locations in Europe.


• French and English mandatory, a third language would be highly appreciated
