ERM Enterprise Risk & Opportunity Manager (f/m)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Enterprise Risk & Opportunity Manager (f/m), to join our Corporate Controlling organisation (FZ), based in Toulouse, France.

You will join a team dedicated to taking our risk maturity to the next level, ensuring the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system remains a best-in-class capability for the Group. In a world marked by complexity and uncertainty, this role is centered on enhancing our ERM system, which acts as a strategic asset to help Airbus navigate challenges and capture opportunities to create value. Your mission will be to ensure our risk management framework is robust, digitalized, and deeply embedded in operational decision-making.

Your challenges:

• Drive Maturity: Support the continuous improvement of the ERM process, fostering a culture of anticipation and resilience over firefighting habits.

• Influence & Challenge: Act as a "critical friend" to the business, challenging teams on risk assessments and providing early warnings to Programmes and Functions.

• Empower Decision Making: Synthesize complex risk data into clear, actionable insights (heatmaps/coldmaps) for the Finance Committee, Top Management, and Board of Directors.

• Foster Connectivity: Animate the global ERM network, breaking down silos and sharing best practices across all divisions.

Your boarding pass:

• At least 10 years of experience in Finance with a specialization in Risk Management

• Fluent level in English is required.

• Strong continuous improvement mindset with an ability to drive mindset change towards anticipation.
