Description de l'emploi - External Customer Service Representative

Join the EMO Customer Service department, whose mission is to ensure that sales between the company and its customers run smoothly, from order placement to delivery anywhere in the world.

MAIN MISSIONS OF THE POSITION

In compliance with the rules and procedures in place regarding safety, security, hygiene, the environment, and quality, and with a constant focus on customer satisfaction, the employee will :

Order portfolio management (OrderBook and MTG Risks) (Order lifecycle)

  • Ensure compliance and customer satisfaction for regulated shipments.

  • Manage and update the EMO order portfolio.

  • Communicate order status to customers.

  • Monitor daily operational risks.

  • Lead weekly meetings with industrial partners.

Forecast Management – Planning – Demand Management (SAP – COLIBRI)

  • Support integration of commercial demand into SAP.

  • Monitor finished‑goods inventory and optimize allocations with distribution sites.

Projects

  • Contribute to implementing new operational flows and shaping EMO service identity.

  • Support tool optimization projects (SAP, Excel).

  • Help improve processes across service and group initiatives (End‑to‑End, Quote‑to‑Cash, etc.).

Department ways of working

  • Represent the department to external partners and support teamwork.

  • Contribute to audits, training, and documentation updates.

  • Drive continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

  • Initial training: license or Master degree

  • Professional experience: experience in customer service required

Technical skills & Competencies / Language

  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook,

  • SAP expertise

  • Transportation and customs

  • Knowledge of international commerce

  • English is necessary

Soft Skills & Required Behaviors

  • Good interpersonal relations and ability to communicate

  • Autonomous, very rigorous in following procedures and ways of working

  • Ability to analyze and to adapt

  • Excellent team spirit
