Your Responsibilities

• Elite Travel Management: Execute complex, end-to-end travel bookings for corporate clients, including multi-leg flights, rail, and luxury accommodations.
• Expert GDS Usage: Utilize Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to navigate global inventories and secure the best options for business travelers.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure every booking strictly adheres to the client's corporate travel and expense policies.
• Premium Support: Provide a "white-glove" service experience via phone, email, and chat, resolving travel disruptions and urgent changes in real-time.
• Consultative Approach: Assist travelers in utilizing self-service tools and mobile apps to optimize their travel efficiency.

Requirements

• Language: Native or near-native French (C1/C2) and professional English.
• GDS Mastery: 3+ years of mandatory experience using a Global Distribution System (Amadeus is highly preferred).
• Industry Tenure: 5+ years of experience specifically within the Business Travel sector.
• Legal Status: You must hold a valid Work Permit for France or be an EU citizen.
• Tech Literacy: Comfortable with modern collaboration tools like Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
