The team and why we need you

As Head of People / CHRO, you typically join a company that is scaling its headcount fast and needs to build the People function that keeps culture and talent strong through that growth. You might build the function from scratch or scale an existing team. You own people and culture, report directly to the CEO/founders, and partner with every team leader.

Your goals as Head of People / CHRO

Your mission is to attract, grow and keep the talent that powers the company. Typically, you will:

1. Build and own talent acquisition, employer branding and recruitment processes to support rapid growth.

2. Design compensation and career frameworks that scale.

3. Nurture culture, engagement and performance across the company.

4. Build the People team and HR operations from the ground up.

Your goals as Head of People / CHRO
