House Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and presentation of the residence
  


• Supervise and coordinate household staff (chef, housekeepers, chauffeurs, contractors)
  


• Manage household administration, budgets, invoices, and inventories
  


• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and external suppliers
  


• Organise guest stays and household events
  


• Oversee meal service standards and wine cellar management
  


• Liaise with the Geneva office regarding vehicles and transportation logistics
  

• Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar House Manager, Villa Manager, Estate Manager, or Chief Stewardess role
  


• Previous yachting experience as a Stewardess or Chief Stewardess required
  


• Experience on yachts of 65m+ highly desirable
  


• Proven staff management experience
  


• Strong Housekeeping and Service background
  


• Fluent English and French
  


• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  


• Discreet, proactive, and hands-on approach
