HSM Technical Support

Purpose

The HSM Business Line is hiring a HSM / Cybersecurity Technical Support, reporting directly to the head of the business line.

As an HSM / Cybersecurity Technical Support Engineer (L2), you will be a key player in delivering successful deployments and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, bridging customers, partners, and R&D teams to ensure seamless implementation and high-quality support of our cybersecurity solutions.

Key Missions

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Customer Deployment & Support : Provide hands-on technical support during customer onboarding and solution deployment, Act as the primary post-sales technical interface for customers, Manage and resolve complex technical support cases

• Technical Expertise & Escalation: Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HSM products, Operate at Level 2 support, ensuring timely issue resolution and Escalate to Level 3 (R&D) when required

• Solution Engineering & Integration : Support system design, configuration, and integration activities, Assist customers with advanced technical architectures and use cases

• Continuous Improvement : Maintain a high level of expertise in cybersecurity, cryptography, and HSM technologies, Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across

Profile & Other Information

Your Profile :

• Education & Experience, Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background) with 1st experience in Technical support or customer-facing roles


• Technical Skills : Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Cryptography & PKI concepts, Cybersecurity architectures, IT systems and infrastructure


• Core Competencies : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
