IT & Infrastructure Operations Engineer

What You’ll Do

Operate infrastructure. Administer Linux servers, VMs, storage, networking and supporting services.

Maintain systems. Handle patching, upgrades, capacity, certificates, backups and routine maintenance.

Troubleshoot. Investigate Linux, network, DNS, VPN, storage and connectivity issues.

Operate internal IT. Manage laptops, accounts, SaaS access, employee onboarding/offboarding and day-to-day IT support.

Manage assets and access. Maintain inventories of devices, servers, software and SaaS services, and handle routine identity and access operations.

Secure endpoints. Help standardize device configuration, encryption, updates and endpoint security.

Support recovery. Monitor backups and participate in restore and disaster-recovery tests.

Automate operations. Replace repetitive manual tasks with scripts, Ansible and other automation.
