Junior Sales Development Representative - Native German or Italian speaker

About the Role

Are you a recent graduate or a young professional looking to launch your career in Sales and Business Development? We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing international sales team.

In this role, your main objective will be prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline development for the German (DACH) or Italian market.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Outbound Sales & Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume prospecting and cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads and set up meetings for Account Executives.
• Lead Generation: Identify target key accounts and decision-makers in the German or Italian market using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead databases.
• CRM Management: Systematically update and track all sales activities, contacts, and opportunities in our CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce).
• Outbound Campaigns: Draft personalized cold email sequences and follow-up strategies to engage prospect accounts.
• Sales Pipeline Growth: Qualify incoming inbound leads and convert cold prospects into pipeline opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications (Keywords Checklist)

• Language Skills: Native / Fluent level in German OR Italian (C2) + Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience: Entry-level / Junior (0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive support, or customer-facing roles).
• Hard Skills:
• Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Knowledge of Cold Calling techniques, email outreach, and B2B prospecting strategies.
• Familiarity with sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, resilience, strong phone presence, target-driven mindset, and proactive attitude.
