Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

Overall job purpose is to carry out maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with Jet Aviation procedures, authority regulations and customer requirements, under the instructions and supervision of the Leader Technician and Supervisor Aircraft Operations.

Tasks included in the job:

• Perform Line and Base maintenance activities


• Carry out OAE replacement as required by the CAMO organisation


• Carry out troubleshooting and associated repairs


• Perform off site AOG, Line maintenance activities when needed

Carry out RAMP activities at home base

Minimum Requirements

• Technical aeronautical knowledge and mechanical mind


• Able to read and understand aeronautical maintenance documentation


• Professional BAC airframe system mechanic


• Licence B1 and/or B2


• Ideally, Falcon 50 Licence or training

Use of current computer software (Excel, Word, SAP, etc.)

Main Responsibilities

• Comply with the Jet Aviation Part 145 approval, the Jet Aviation Safety policy, customer requests and other airworthiness requirements.


• Understand and ensure that all documented company processes and procedures are carried out within their respective fields of work. Ensure that their actions do not work against any other documented company processes or procedures. Be aware of and support the main activities and processes of their internal customers.


• Simplify and process all work requirements to maximise effective working for themselves, their teams and their internal customers.


• Be a self-motivated team player and promote, participate and encourage team working and continuous improvement.


• Be a proactive, forward thinking individual that works to the best of his/her abilities to achieve personal goals, leading to the agreed team and company performance. Respect and adhere to the company hierarchy.


• Maintain a professional and personal ownership of working standards, personal presentation and tidiness of your own immediate working area and the surrounding area for the greater company team.


• When workload dictates or when requested by Management assist in other job roles that are identified as suitable to their skills of job grade.
