Job Description:

Bédoin and Entraigues sites produce and transform silica, mainly for the construction, glass, sports & leisure and renewable energy industries.

The Manager Operations organizes, optimizes and continually improves the operational, production and maintenance activities, taking into account the Sibelco values and policies. 

The Manager Operations drives his/her operational organization in order to maintain and develop the quarry and processing site, while guarantying performance objectives in terms of HSE, quality, quantity, planning and costs.

As a subtle and positive leader, he/she will also be responsible for driving the change and maintain a positive social climate, for all parties to benefit from growth in the future.

•    Multiple years of industry experience in mining/minerals, ideally as a Quarry Manager 
•    Strong people management experience.
•    Native French and fluent English are vital for this role.
