Summary

What you’ll do:
* Advise strategic clients on how to modernize their workplace environment - secure, scalable, and built to last
* Define and document technical solutions for RFPs, working closely with sales and delivery teams
* Design robust system and identity architectures using Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid models
* Oversee integration into client environments, ensuring performance, security, and alignment with enterprise standards
* Lead critical projects—migrations, redesigns, governance rollouts—and make sure they land right
* Stay sharp: track market innovations, test new approaches, and bring best practices to the table
* Coach and upskill teams on modern workplace topics

Key Responsibilities

• Proven ability to lead and structure high-stake pre-sales engagements, working directly with strategic clients. 
• Strong technical leadership in designing and securing infrastructure and identity solutions across hybrid environments (Microsoft On-Prem, M365, networks, security, third-party platforms). 
• A collaborative mindset—working closely with internal experts, sharing knowledge, and fostering team momentum. 
• Experience mentoring consultants and helping them grow on architecture and workplace topics. 
• A broad and integrated view of enterprise IT, with the ability to connect dots across systems and domains.
