Maintient un service d excellence pour nos clients, a le souci du détail, ainsi qu'une solide compréhension des affaires. Établit des relations avec des partenaires clés et accueille l'activité dans l'hôtel en donnant vie à la marque Moxy en créant un environnement amusant et détendu qui fait que les clients se sentent chez eux

Principales tâches et responsabilités

• Assister le Capitaine dans tout les aspects de la gestion de l'hôtel


• Service à la clientèle, relations avec les clients et création d'expériences positives pour les clients


• Recrute et développe une équipe qui offre un excellent service à la “Moxy””


• Assurer une opération hôtelière rentable en ligne avec les objectifs de l'entreprise


• Gérer efficacement l'équipe et appliquer les politiques de l'entreprise


• Participer activement aux tâches quotidiennes de l'équipe


• Gérer les points de vente de restauration et de boissons à la “Moxy””


• Gérer l'inventaire des chambres d'hôtel et enregistrer les clients à l'entrée et à la sortie a la“Moxy””


• Suivre toutes les politiques de sécurité alimentaire, de licences et de santé et de sécurité pour travailler en toute sécurité


• Promouvoir et soutenir la marque Moxy et le programme de fidélité Marriott Bonvoy

• Avoir une grande énergie et une attitude de “bricoleur  intrépide”


• Bon contact relationnel et aime discuter avec les invités


• Une personne Multitâche et qualifiée pouvant maintenir pendant un travail intense un service d’excellence

• Un Communicateur clair parlant couramment le français et l'anglais (et d'autres langues un plus!)

Expérience utile

• Doit avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion hôtelière


• Doit avoir au moins 2 ans de gestion d'équipe


• Doit avoir de l'expérience en système de gestion hôtelière (de préférence Opera)


• Connaissance du système de point de vente (de préférence Micros)


• Connaissance des lois sur la sécurité alimentaire et les licences


• Connaissance du maintien des normes de la marque


• Expérience en gestion d'événements, en marketing ou en médias sociaux


• Expérience personnelle du voyage et de l'industrie du voyage

Energetic multitasker who leads from the front to maintains a smooth hotel operation and inspires their team to overdeliver for guests by working hard and having fun. Maintains high standards for our guests, has an eye for detail, as well as a sound business understanding. Builds relationships with key partners and welcomes activity into the hotel by bringing the Moxy brand to life creating a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.

Main Tasks and responsibilities

• Supports the Captain in all aspects of the management of the hotel


• Customer service, guest relations and creating positive guest experiences


• Recruits and develops a team that delivers excellent service the Moxy way


• Ensure a profitable hotel operation in line with company goals


• Manage the team effectively and enforce company policies


• Actively involved in the day to day tasks of the team


• Managing Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way


• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way


• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely


• Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
  

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things

• Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude


• Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests


• Skilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great service


• Know being relaxed isn't the same as being lazy


• Clear communicator fluent in French and English (and other languages a plus!)

Useful Experience

• Must have minimum 2 years hotel management experience


• Must have minimum 2 years team management


• Must have property management system (preferably Opera) experience


• Knowledge of Point of Sale system (Preferably Micros)


• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws


• Knowledge of maintaining brand standards


• Event management, marketing or social media experience


• Personal experience of travel and travel industry
