Bitfortune.com is a next-generation crypto casino at the intersection of gambling, internet culture, creators, and crypto. We’re building a brand that feels more like a movement than a casino: loud, edgy, and impossible to ignore.

Role Summary
We are looking for someone who knows how to buy traffic that actually converts.
Not someone who can spend money. Not someone who can make a dashboard look pretty. Someone who understands the difference between clicks and players, and knows how to build a reliable acquisition machine.
Right now, a lot of our growth comes from streamers and creator traffic. That works, but it is expensive, unpredictable, and volatile. We want to build proper acquisition channels underneath it: paid social, PPC, Telegram, display, native, crypto traffic sources, funnels, landing pages, attribution, and optimisation.
You will own every “traditional” acquisition channel at Bitfortune

You should be the kind of person who:
knows which channels are full of low-quality traffic and which are actually worth scaling
can spot a bad campaign, bad landing page, or bad audience instantly
understands why some traffic deposits and some traffic just farms bonuses
knows how to balance volume, quality, CAC, and FTDs
can turn chaos and random spend into a repeatable system
What You’ll Be Doing
Own all paid acquisition channels outside of streamers and affiliates.
Build and scale acquisition across:
Meta
TikTok
X
Telegram
Programmatic
Crypto traffic sources and placements
Launch, test, optimise, and kill campaigns quickly.
Figure out which channels, creatives, audiences, and funnels actually produce depositing players.
Improve traffic quality and stop us wasting money on people who were never going to deposit.
Build landing pages, funnels, and campaign flows together with CRM, design, and product.
Work closely with the CMO to build a repeatable acquisition engine that is not dependent on streamers.
Set up attribution, reporting, and tracking so we know exactly where deposits are coming from.
Analyse FTDs, CAC, conversion rate, deposit rate, retention, and payback period by channel.
Test aggressively:
creatives
audiences
offers
channels
landing pages
sign-up flows
Help identify which markets, geos, and player segments are worth focusing on.
Work closely with CRM and retention to improve what happens after the click.
What We’re Looking For
You have run performance marketing for a crypto casino, sportsbook, iGaming brand, crypto exchange, or similar high-growth business.
You have personally managed ad accounts and budgets.
You know how to operate in gambling and crypto environments where ad restrictions are a constant problem.
You understand FTDs, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, attribution, funnel leaks, and traffic quality.
You know the difference between high-volume traffic and good traffic.
You are hands-on and comfortable being in the tools every day.
You are analytical, commercial, and ruthless with spend.
You know how to work with designers, CRM, landing pages, and product teams to improve conversion.
You are comfortable moving quickly, testing constantly, and killing what is not working.

There is a proper testing process for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
We have clear attribution and reporting.
There is a repeatable, reliable stream of new customers coming through the channels you own.
