Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on product professional who can shape product direction while staying close to delivery. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, front-end implementation, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will work across complex intelligence use cases spanning reputation, geopolitics, marketing, and narrative tracking — translating user and business needs into product decisions, shipping front-end experiences, and collaborating with engineering, data, and AI teams to bring high-impact capabilities to market.

✅ Key Requirements

Education & Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher in product design, computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

Product Sense

• Strong ability to translate user needs, market context, and business priorities into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and execution plans.

Front-End Development

• Hands-on coding ability with solid proficiency in modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or similar.

AI & Agentic Tools

• Practical experience using agentic coding tools and workflows (e.g. Codex, Claude Code) to accelerate prototyping, product iteration, and delivery.


• Strong proficiency in LLMs and AI, including prompting, evaluation, AI product patterns, and a clear understanding of the opportunities and limitations of GenAI in user-facing products.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Experience working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to take products from concept through launch, balancing UX, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Execution & Delivery

• A track record of shipping digital products, prototypes, or front-end experiences that demonstrate strong product judgment and execution.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving, agile environment.

What They're Really Looking For

The emphasis for this role is on being deeply hands-on: someone who can define product direction, rapidly prototype and refine front-end experiences, and use AI-native and agentic coding workflows to accelerate execution.

This is not a pure UX/UI profile. They are looking for a product-minded builder who is comfortable writing front-end code, collaborating closely with engineers and data teams, and helping shape how LLM and AI capabilities are translated into robust customer-facing features.
